Hello and welcome!

     I am Catherine, the heart and soul of Hello, New Day.  This blog became reality in early 2012.  I was (and still am) participating in a Photo-a-Day Challenge and wanted to create a place where I could share not only my photos from this challenge, but also some of the amazing creativity that is in our world.

     There are several blogs that I read daily and I am constantly amazed at the talent and creativity of the women behind these blogs.  I wanted to join in and create with them.  And I want to spread some of this creativity around!  Hello, New Day is where I can do just that.

     I am a stay-at-home mom to Emma, Ethan, and Elliott - three very cute, very smart kiddos.  I’m married to my best friend, Jon, who has been the love of my life since I was 19 years old.

     I love, love, love coffee.

     I also love crafts, DIY projects, flowers, scrapbooking, organization, the color pink, people who R.S.V.P., cozy mystery novels, boutiques, bargains, and blogs.
